We have a 30-day refund request policy. This means you may contact us within 30 days of purchasing a service to request a refund or review of your order.

Because we provide IT services, software development, technical consulting, digital setup, configuration, support, and other non-physical services, refunds are reviewed based on the status of the work already completed.

Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

The service has not yet started.

The work has not been delivered or completed.

The service delivered is materially different from what was agreed.

A technical issue caused by our work cannot be reasonably corrected.

A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

Refunds are not normally available for work that has already been completed, delivered, approved, or used by the client. This includes completed consultations, completed setup work, software development, configuration, troubleshooting, technical support, custom digital work, and any other service that has already been provided.

Service issues and corrections

If there is a problem with the service you received, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and may offer a correction, revision, additional support, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

We aim to make the service right whenever possible before issuing a refund.

Custom and digital services

Custom IT services, software development, digital configuration, automation, consulting, and technical setup are created or performed specifically for each client. For this reason, these services may not be refundable once the work has started or has been delivered.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any refund will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed, time spent, and any costs already incurred.

Subscriptions and recurring services

For recurring IT support, hosting-related services, maintenance, or subscription-based services, you may cancel future billing by contacting us. Refunds for previous billing periods are not guaranteed if the service was already available or provided during that period.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, unless the service has already started with your agreement or has been fully completed.

By requesting immediate performance of the service, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once the service has been fully performed.

Refund process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment processor may need additional time to process and post the refund.
